Warranty Expert is looking for a BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER 

In this position you will:

  • Be developing new business with existing clients and identifying areas of improvement.
  • Be responsible for new opportunities identification in the Estonian market.
  • Execute a search for new partners and make an onboarding.
  • Be responsible for our retail partners’ group and individual Sales training
  • Be planning and managing training strategy to make training events both exciting and efficient for our partners.
  • Create diverse training materials and execute different approaches.


  • 2+ years of experience in Key Account Management or B2B Sales area;
  • Successful experience or proven knowledge in insurance or consumer electronics fields and retail;
  • Experience in training would be an advantage;
  • Reporting and presentation capability (using Excel, PowerPoint, and in-person);
  • Fluency in English and Estonian;
  • Self-organized approach to work, ability to be independent, proactive, and oriented towards great results;
  • Ability to inspire people, make them believe in our product and (most important) in themselves as our goal is to develop and grow together with our partners.
