The Role You’ll Love: Country Manager
As our Country Manager, you won’t just oversee operations; you’ll be the driving force behind our success in the Estonian market. - Influencing strategic business relationships with executive decision-makers in Key Accounts.

- You have spent over 5 years in logistics, fast-moving consumer goods, or retail. Your track record as a top manager in operations, sales, finance, or process development speaks volumes.

- You are fluent in both English and Estonian.
- You are a partner-in-negotiation, with sharp financial instincts and the ability to make strategic decisions that move mountains. You are hands-on, detail-oriented, and relentlessly focused on achieving tangible results.
