Norwegian speaking Customer Success Manager!
What are we looking for?
Your days will revolve around:
✔ Managing a portfolio of existing customers and onboarding new B2B customers through ongoing training
✔ Carrying out ongoing analyses of customer interactions to make training sessions relatable and relevant
✔ Ensuring that Feelingstream’s end users—from C-level executives to analysts—use best practises for the company to gain the greatest possible business value from the platform
✔ Collaborating internally across functions (data science, sales, IT development) to ensure customer feedback is heard and executed in internal processes and product roadmap
