Klarika Pärnaste

In her earlier career, Klarika worked for a large international manufacturer, start-up and also for public sector. Even though she has not been fully in recruitment before, in almost all of her previous positions she has been involved in the recruitment process. As a result, she has come to an understanding that recruitment is her true passion.

Klarika started in Tripod in August 2021. She supports the busy Recruitment Consultants in preparing and conducting searches.
