Recruitment and selection process

We offer full service for recruitment and selection of candidates – together with our client we map the profile they are looking for, search for potential candidates, contact them and invite them for an interview and tests.

We present 3 to 5 most suitable candidates to our client and as a last step, we also ask for references. Depending on the profile, we use executive search, database search or public selection or combine different options for the best result.

Before making the recruitment offer, we discuss the details of the profile and the expectations for the new employee. The price for our services depends on the complexity of the position and desired search method. The recruitment process takes usually about 4 to 6 weeks.
