- Psychological support, if needed, helps to ventilate emotions and find self-confidence for the next steps.
- Career counselling starts from self-analysis: what does the person want, what are his/her strengths and resources, what they might want to learn and develop. Next, we will map opportunities: what kind of work might be suitable and preferred, what are most important criteria about the job (location, goals, salary etc), what kind of employers would be preferred. CV and LinkedIn profile will be updated. Action plan will be formed and its implementation will be supported.
- The counselling process will be designed according to the needs of the customer. In average, 3 counselling sessions would be offered. Often the counselling client will find a new job already during the counselling process.
