Regular open training
Basic training for Tripod tests
After completing the basic training, it is possible to obtain a test licence and to use Tripodi psychological tests independently for staff assessment and career counselling.
Interviewer training
The training will provide the necessary knowledge to use Tripodi interview cards to assess personality strengths and risks in recruitment and promotion.
