The training on interview cards and interviewing skills will be combined with the Tripod test user training from 2024 and there will be no separate open training !

What to ask at a job interview?
The training will provide the necessary knowledge to use Tripod interview cards to assess personality strengths and risks in recruitment and promotion. Each participant in the training will receive a set of interview cards which includes:
- a booklet on how to prepare questions and how to note body language and word usage in the interview
- laminated cards with interview questions
- a marker for marking the questions (after the interview, the markers can be erased and new ones made for the new interview)
