Tripod’s Recruitment Consultant, Trainer and Psychologist Madis Bachmann has undergone extensive training as an aviation psychologist and, together with his team, has tested hundreds of pilot candidates to date.
The pilot assessment service consists of two broad phases:
- Completion of the psychological tests by Tripod, feedback & interview;
- Competency testing with the globally recognised Schuhfried VTS (Vienna Testing System).
