We use three numeric indicators to ask for feedback:

  1. How important do you see the set goal in the leader’s development?
  2. How much progress has been noticed in development?
  3. How important is it to continue to work on this development objective?

When introducing the development metric, we will introduce managers to the goal-setting model, the introduction of the development metric and encourage them to independently set development progress based on the survey results.
