Maria graduated from Psychology at the University of Tartu and continued her studies in the master’s programme of Business Administration in TalTech.

Maria is a Partner and has had the longest career in Tripod with Helle, a Development Manager. Maria focuses above all on recruitment and surveys. She also delivers lectures on these areas as a guest speaker at universities. Her last experience as a student is a Practitioner diploma programme in Executive Coaching at Estonian Business School.

Before, Maria worked in Amrop.

Helle defended her PhD in Psychology at the University of Tartu, Estonia. She contributes as a lecturer to the Institute of Psychology, specialising in personality and cognitive abilities (academic CV). Helle has been taking care of testing in Tripod for nearly 20 years.

Professional, attentive, committed and thorough, Tripod’s expert in psychometrics. She has a big and kind heart, and she likes to make lovely gifts and surprises to people around her.

Sandra has worked for years in the field of sports and recreation. Sandra has extensive experience in marketing and project management; she has been working with people as a coach and educator, as well as hosted events. For the last few years, Sandra was acting as a coach in Asi On Minus! – a small company that specialises in organising experience-focused workshops, and acted as the host and producer of Sportland’s podcast ”Be 1st”.

She has studied recreation management, media and communication. 

Erika is fully committed to making guests and ourselves comfortable in the office. She takes care of everyone and everything. Erika is quick and considerate, radiant and adventurous.

With an earlier background in catering, Erika can magically produce a cup of coffee or a life-saving snack when most needed. Erika used to have a career in accounting, but a twist of fate landed her in the world of infallible calculations to Tripod, where she can shine through, as she is definitely a people person.

Elise has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Tartu and a master’s degree in strategic personnel and labour relations management from Gothenburg University in Sweden. During her studies, Elise delved primarily into organizational psychology and studied emotional intelligence in the top management of a global automotive company.

Elise is inspired by areas that integrate people, psychology and marketing. A firm belief in a scientific approach to assessment and recruitment services motivates her to support companies and candidates in finding the best solution for everyone. Elise’s previous experience in sales and marketing backs her wide understanding of product and service management in a digital media space.

In her free time, Elise is taken by Asian cuisine, has fun with her friends and her cat, and strives to travel and experience the world as much as possible.

If you wish to know something about our tests but have no idea whom to contact, or you cannot access your test account, or you took some tests but did not get the results – ask Katrin, and she will get you an answer or the right person to talk to.

At Tripod, Katrin manages the testing system and contracts and coordinates assessment projects.

Katrin has been working in Tripod for most of her career. Before, she was in the translation business, a passion she still finds hard to let go of.

Khris is a development partner for leaders and teams in both the private and public sectors, working with organisations ranging from manufacturing companies to creative teams. As a consultant, Khris contributes daily to the development of collaboration, people management, self-leadership competencies, and organisational culture and health.

Khris holds both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in psychology from the University of Tartu, both awarded with honours. She has also completed basic-level training in cognitive behavioural therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, and mindfulness and self-compassion practices. In the context of organisational and HR topics, she has completed a continuing education course in Sustainable Human Resource Management at Tallinn University and the Basic Skills in Human Resource Management programme at the Estonian Human Resource Management Association PARE.

When Khris is not engaged in the above, she can most likely be found enjoying culture.

Meelis is the one who can see the big picture. He adjusts easily to change and is deeply engaged in his projects. Meelis gives his best to really understand the customer ad their needs and find the best solution for them. He is a helpful and kind team member.

In Tripod, Meelis specialises in organisation studies and surveys. He has a passion for the dynamics and detail that come with organisations.

Meelis has a BA in Psychology and MA in Organisation Psychology from the University of Tallinn.

Deniss is a junior consultant at Tripod and mostly works on organisational health surveys, as well as customer relations, technical solutions and presentation of survey results.

Deniss attends the Master’s programme in Psychology at the University of Tartu, specialising in organisational psychology. He has previous survey experience, including focus group interviews.

Deniss is fascinated by the human mind, particularly its workings in an organisation and society. Deniss likes to cook in his free time, which is a lovely opportunity to experiment and develop new solutions. Deniss is proficient in Estonian, Russian and English.

Tuuli is our Trainer and Coach. Developing and empowering people is her passion.

Tuuli has got 20 years of experience as a Coach and Development Consultant. She has an MSc in Psychology from the University of Tartu. She also completed two-year courses in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Coaching (ICF).

Tuuli has ample experience in working with international teams: she has been a development partner for executives and executive teams.

In her free time, Tuuli enjoys jogging and exploring the underwater world.

Anni helps find new talent in HR, finance, marketing and sales. Anni graduated from Business Administration in TalTech, specialising in organisation management, and has a background in HR: she has thorough experience in HR and quality management both in a large international corporation and an Estonian company.

Search for new talents has also had an important role in Anni’s previous career; in Tripod, she contributes as a professional recruiter to manage support function recruitment.

Anni has been dancing for more than half of her lifetime and has had an excellent opportunity to perform with a number of outstanding artists in different projects on large and smaller stages.

Merle is a psychology graduate from the University of Tartu, where she also defended her Master’s degree. She has extensive experience in leadership and management development in the public service, including recruitment, assessment and selection of senior managers. Merle has worked as a lecturer at various higher education institutions, as a HR Development Manager in public sector and as an Advisor at the Top Civil Service Excellence Centre at the Government Office.

Alexandra works as a Recruitment Specialist in Tripod, mostly helping Anni and Merle in recruitment projects at all stages from start to end. Recruitment has always been a fascinating field for her; she loves meeting new people!

I studied international business administration at the Estonian Business School. During my studies, I spent a year in France, where I could learn more about HR and marketing.

In her free time, she loves to be around her corgi, Diego, and discover natural beauty spots. When she’s not working, you will probably find her in the kitchen preparing something delicious.

Kristiina works as a Recruitment Assistant and supports Anni through all the stages of the talent search. Recruitment is a new and fascinating field for her. Before Tripod, Kristiina pursued a career in sales and helped clients identify the best products and solutions that suited their needs.

Kristiina studied at the University of Tartu, Estonia, and has got a BSc in Geography. It is an exciting area that broadens one’s horizons and involves knowledge that can be used for multiple purposes.

In her free time, Kristiina likes to walk in the open air and explore the beautiful scenery. Kristiina would certainly like to travel more and see the world in the future.

Sandra is a Recruitment Assistant and supports Grete through all the stages of the talent search. She has previous experience in a variety of fields, starting from the service sector to heavy equipment and IT. People and their well-being have always been close to her heart, which is also why she is drawn to recruitment. People should feel valued both as professionals and human beings.

Apart from work, Sandra studies holistic regression therapy at the Holistic Institute in Estonia. This helps elicit changes in the client’s condition, mind, lifestyle and activities.

Sandra likes to be active herself, and she often sets out to leave her comfort zone by taking on challenges or learning something new. Sandra loves to travel, listen to music and relax in the beautiful scenery.
