Regular open training
Test user training (Tripod tests)
After completing the basic training, it is possible to obtain a test licence and to use Tripod psychological tests independently for assessment and recruitment.
Interviewer training
The training will provide the necessary knowledge to use Tripodi interview cards to assess personality strengths and risks in recruitment and promotion.
