Independent Test Use I Tripod

As part of the stand-alone test usage, you can start using Tripod recruitment tests or counselling tests in the Tripod test system independently. We train HR people as well as psychologists and career counsellors.

At the end of the training, participants will get their personal test user licence, which entitles them to independently administer and interpret tests, as well as use an electronic test account in our test system.

By using the tests yourself, you save time and money that would otherwise be spent on outsourcing assessment services.
Independent test use is particularly suitable if you test a lot and/or often, and are interested in acquiring professional testing and feedback skills.
