If you would like to use professional psychological tests to assess the mental abilities and personality traits of candidates in your recruitment, you are welcome to Tripod Test Training!
This exciting and practical training will give you the knowledge to use the tests independently.
The training will give you the basic knowledge and skills to use the tests independently. By using the tests yourself, you will save time and money that would otherwise be spent on outsourcing assessment services. Self-testing is particularly suitable if you test a lot and/or frequently.
At the end of the training, we issue participants with a personal test user licence, which entitles them to administer and interpret tests independently, as well as to use an electronic test account on our test system test.tripod.ee.
Before the training, you will take a personality test, which you will also receive feedback on during the training.
The training includes theory and practical exercises, as well as role-playing to practice feedback skills.
Each participant will be able to complete all Tripod tests free of charge.
