Basic training for Tripod tests

The training will be hosted jointly by our Trainer and Senior Consultant Laura Šīmane-Vīgante (Tripod Link, Latvia) and Madis Bachmann (Tripod, Estonia). The training will take place online. So no matter where you are located, you can conveniently have a seat at your computer and join in.

This exciting and practical training will give you the knowledge to use the tests independently.

The training will give you the basic knowledge and skills to administer the tests and interpret their results. By administering the tests yourself, you will save time and money that would otherwise be spent on outsourcing assessment services. This is particularly useful if you test a lot and/or frequently.

At the end of the training, participants will get with a personal test user licence, which entitles them to administer and interpret tests independently, as well as to use an electronic test environment.

Before the training, you will take a personality test, which you will also receive feedback on during the training.

The training includes theory and practical exercises, as well as role-playing to practice feedback skills.

Each participant will be able to complete all Tripod tests free of charge.
