The things we do in Tripod every day involve personal data, and we take security and confidentiality very seriously.
If someone has asked you to take a test provided by Tripod, you can find additional information in the section meant for Test takers.
We guarantee the confidentiality of individual responses in all the surveys that we conduct.
The candidates’ CVs are accessed by the Recruitment Consultant and Recruitment Assistant in charge of the project. We also share the name and other personal data of the candidates with our clients. Throughout the recruitment process, we pursue the principles of confidentiality. We keep the candidates’ CVs and other relevant information collected during recruitment for one year from the decision of the client in case any disputes arise (basis – Estonian Equal Treatment Act § 25). For longer retention (for example, for future offers), we will ask the candidate for consent, which they can also withdraw (by writing us an e-mail).
If you would like us to keep your resume, let us know through our website. You can submit your CV under Job offers even if there is no suitable vacancy at the moment.
