Purpose: preparation of managers for the discussion of the results of the organizational survey and the creation of an action plan in the team. 

Format: The training (4 hours, on-site or online) introduces one of the possible structures and principles of inclusive discussion. Managers can think through and experiment with how to conduct an inclusive discussion within their team. Training can be combined with an organizational development workshop. 

Outcome: In addition to hands-on experience, each participant will receive a presentation and instructional material on conducting an inclusive discussion.
