Objective: to map the main strengths and development needs of the organization.  

Format: the workshop (duration 4–6 hours) is attended by the managers of the organization (group size maximum 30 managers). The structure of the workshop allows you to map the most important topics for the development of the organization, make sense of their content and generate action steps in the form of an inclusive discussion. managers will gain experience and guidance on how to discuss similar topics in an inclusive way within their team. Managers will also be provided with guidance material and the structure of the workshop to conduct an inclusive discussion. 

Outcome: a written action plan for the development of priority topics for the organization.
