Purpose: to learn about and value the differences between teammates, to understand the overall team dynamics – what are the strengths and development needs.  

Format: Before the workshop takes place, everyone completes the Tripod AdviseMe test and receives a written report on their results. The tripod consultant introduces the team profile to the manager of the specific team (duration of the meeting is 1 hour) for goal setting before the workshop. In the workshop (2-4 hours), participants are introduced to a five-factor personality model, everyone can decipher their results together with a colleague and highlight their greatest strengths and development needs. They then collectively look at the team profile and analyze what characteristics are represented in the team and how it shapes the pattern of cooperation.  

Outcome: formulating strengths, valuing differences, enhancing cooperation, strengthening relationships in a team.
