It is well known that not all organizations function in identical ways; however, it is quite common for most of them to rely on strong teamwork. That is exactly why the key is a work environment that supports collaboration and cooperation amongst colleagues. Such an environment does not always emerge naturally, which poses the question – which steps need to be taken in order to achieve it?

In most cases, there is already an existing cooperation dynamic in place within and between teams inside an organization, which is why it is important to start by mapping out the current situation. At Tripod, we provide a solution to that – a cooperation survey. The aim of the cooperation survey is to map out existing strengths and development needs regarding cooperation within the organization and seek to improve it.

Our philosophy lies in the belief that cooperation is always a two-way process. Nowadays, almost every employee is in a sense a client and a service provider, be it for a business client or someone they work daily with in the same office space, there is always a form of service transaction going on. With that in mind, we at Tripod aim to look not only at the satisfaction with the process and the end result of the cooperation, but also how the ‘client’ expresses their expectations. This allows us to collect data from multiple standpoints, which in turn facilitates results that allow us to start creating a more efficient cooperation system within the organization.

But how can we guarantee that our measurement tools are right for your organization? In order to achieve the most optimal results, we have a questionnaire that has been developed based on scientific literature, specifically for the cooperation survey. To ensure maximum compatibility of the questionnaire with your organization, we can modify the questionnaire so the specifics match your organizational culture and needs, while maintaining the scientific basis of the method. Whenever possible, we aim to use an identical questionnaire within the organization across all departments to permit comparison of results, which allows for a broader overview of cooperation. Much like with our other surveys, in order to understand the results and derive long-term benefits, we are happy to support the improvement of cooperation with follow-up activities (consultation, workshops for managers, team coaching, etc).

To sum up our vision for improving cooperation within the organization, we can highlight three key points:
